What types of lingerie do you sell? We specialize in women’s intimate apparel including bras, panties, lace sets, bralettes, bodysuits, and comfortable everyday lingerie. Our collection focuses on quality, great fit, and stylish designs for all body types.
Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
What are your shipping options? We offer the following shipping methods within the US:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard: 7-14 business days
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. The free shipping option will appear automatically in your cart when eligible.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us at support@corrgate.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Is my order packaged discreetly? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your complete privacy.
Are your lingerie items true to size? We provide detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the chart for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for comfort.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
